Why should I buy from you?

We offer competitive prices!  We scour the internet looking for the lowest price on a property, and then we beat it!

Are there back taxes or liens associated with the property?

All of our properties are free, clear and current at the time of conveyance.

Does the property have utilities?

Unless otherwise stated, the properties we represent do not have utilities. They are vacant lots of rural land for you to build upon and utilize however you please! Often times there are very affordable options for getting water, electric, and septic on your property, please contact us for further information.

Do I need a realtor to close on the property?

No you do not, we have done hundreds of transactions and strive to keep the process simple, saving you hundreds on commissions and fees. 

Can I raise crops or animals on the property?

Most likely, yes.  Please check with the county regarding permitted property use. You can usually do almost anything you would like, including installing a manufactured home or trailer.

Will you take payments?

Absolutely! We understand that it may not be ideal to pay for the property all at once.  Unlike a bank, we do not run a credit check, but instead we are here to work with you on an individual basis to help you realize your future land goals!
